Smart Nozzle is a Forward and Back jetting nozzle. The Smart Nozzle assist in the extended reach situations by helping pull the string down hole with the pulsating back jets and vibration created by the pulsing of the tool helps relax the coaxiling of the coil.

While traveling in the hole if a bridge is contacted the back jets will shut off, directing all the power through the down jets, where it is needed, directly at the bridge. When the brdge is cleared the back jets automaticly re open.

While retracting the coil tubing or tubing the back jets are open and pushes any fill back up the horizontal.

These nozzles are now being use in vertical and horizontal wells for clean outs, stimulation, before frac's and after frac’s that sand off.
New InLine Tool
Our new InLine Tool is a change of how jobs are done, with most Pulsating Tools in the past. The InLine Tool will not only be used for stimulation work but also has many other uses. Several of those uses are in trial now and will expand the base of Dodd Oilfield Tools. We are pretty excited to get started with this new and exciting proprietary way of running our InLineTool.

Our Smart Nozzle was designed for horizontal applications.

Dodd Oilfield Tools provides Conventional Tubing tools for all sizes of tubing and threads sizes.
Normally we will run PH-6 in the longer horizontal wells. Included in the conventional line of tools is our new InLine tool. It is a great time saver, safer and cheaper than our older way of doing jobs.

Dodd Oilfield Tools Bit Subs are designed for both coil tubing drilling and conventional drilling. Increase your ROP and keep the bit clean. The bit sub is run above any bit. We just need to know the thread and size of the bit.
ABOUT
The Dodd Oilfield Pulsating Tools can be run on coil tubing, conventional tubing and drill pipe. Our tools, produce pulsating fluid, gases, air or foams internally and will create a cyclic stress wave upon exiting the tool. The Dodd Pulsating Tool effectively cleans up well bore damage and stimulate the zone. The use of various chemicals and acids can be pumped through the tools also. So cleanouts and stimulation can be done all in one trip. The cyclic stress wave that is produced by the Dodd Pulsating Tools have far greater range then conventional nozzles. Non-damaging clean out of complex and delicate structures such as down hole screens, gas lift mandrels and sliding sleeves. Because of no moving parts to fail and no elastomers, any of the Dodd Self Excited Tools can be used in deep hot wells and Geothermal wells.
